Rated Current IEC/UL

Normally, the maximum rated current is given in accordance with the admission test of the respective inspection. Accordingly, the international test requirements apply primarily according to the IEC standard. Alternatively, the rated current details are briefly UL also specified by the test requirements of the American testing by Underwriters Laboratories.

  In the meantime it has been shown that the nominal current range of a product is of interest, so we will show newly the minimum value. This corresponds, if present, the smallest approved rating of the product. Otherwise, a blank value or also the value 0 is used.

It was also necessary to distinguish between the rated currents for alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), since different products may be used in both applications.

Change Fuseholderstandard

The fuseholder standard 60127-6 Edition 2.0 has increased requirements according glow wire test and according the mounting directions that are difficult to overcome. This requires a verificartion and propbably an adaptation of the respective family. The approvals will be renewed according to this effort.

The mentioned group contains the several families implemented at the same time.
