As a specialist for input systems we can provide you with our know-how in the concept phase. Our capabilities cover the development and production of many keyboard technologies. The complete solutions are customized: touch screens, electronic PCB's, cases in various materials, printed PCB's, milling parts or complete devices. Our specialists create constructions and concepts for you based on advanced engineering solutions. This is the basis for an optimal implementation of your innovating ideas. Specifications

The concept phase produces the functional specifications, where the requirements for the system are defined. The technical specifications are then created from the functional specifications in collaboration with you. This document contains the legally binding, detailed description of the work to be completed.

Development and construction

Modern software tools such as Solid Works and AutoCAD are the tools, with which we develop and construct customer-specific solutions for various industries. To give justice to the constantly growing requirements of the products, we use CAE tools. For example FEM calculations can be made with this.

Qualification

With the initial samples produced under mass production conditions, the reliability of the systems is tested in our own qualification laboratory. Relevant requirements are then discussed with you from the technical specification to guarantee the quality of the products. The delivery of the first production series is carried out with a report of the initial sample according to VDA 6.1. After your authorisation we will initiate mass production.
